This just in... California's Pacific Ocean in March is warmer than New England's Atlantic Ocean on the hottest day of the summer. Californians are officially voted softies, and the A-Team was voted the hardest pair of girls on the beach. I'll take my Atlantic Ocean, thanks!

Try the water off Santa Cruz or San Francisco ... barely 59-60 degrees in the summertime, compared to water temps pushing 70-degrees in Woods Hole, MA.
